  3. T10 Series Extrusion (1010) • 1”square, sold primarily in 8’ lengths • Uses 80/20’s 6105-T5 alloy to achieve: • Yield strength of 35,000 lbs/sq. in • Tensile strength of 38,000 lbs/sq. in • Superb straightness and very low twist, even at 20 ft lengths. • Weight – ½ lb/ft. • Vibration proof – locks nuts in, making it virtually impossible to vibrate loose. • Modular T-slot system allows fast and strong assembly.

  4. T-Nut (3382, 3280, 3287) • Available in stainless steel, hardened high-carbon steel, and zinc plated steel. • Compatible with T10 and T15 series extrusion. • ¼-20 Thread size. • Strong, sturdy, and easy to use. Slides inside T-slot. • Double, triple, and custom hole t-nuts available.

  5. Drop-In T-nuts (3376) • Add T-nuts, and other components to an extrusion when ends cannot be accessed. • Rubber nub holds nut in to slot, and provides a handle for removal. • Available in all materials as T-nut.

  6. Anchor Fasteners (3395) • For making 90o angles. • Zinc casting with lacquer finish. • Incredibly strong, single anchor holds 500 lbs of direct force, and 250 lbs of cantilevered force. • Strongest type of fastener 80/20 sells. • Requires drilling of counterbore, 9/16in

  7. Joining Plates (4115, 4136, 4141) • Precision machined from anodized 6105-T5 alloy. • Strong, lightweight, requires virtually no machining. • Easy to assemble and use very precisely. • 1540 uses 3 main types: 4 hole corner (4115) holds 325lbs, 75lbs, gusseted 4 hole (4136) holds 325lbs, 220lbs, and 4 hole tee joining plate (4141).

  8. Quickframe Extrusion (9000) • 1” square • Made from Anodized 6105-T5 • Very Lightweight, ¼ lb/ft • Interior is grooved for superior hold to nylon connectors.

  9. Quickframe Nylon Connectors (Various model numbers) • 2, 3, 4, and 5 way nylon connectors • End caps • Conversion tee to convert to T10 extrusion. • An enormous selection of strong and lightweight connectors for every application.
