WERC09 PBR Industry Day Responses to Contractor Input AFCEE will allow a 15 page addendum (front and back - for a total of 30 pages) to the technical proposal to provide assumptions for life cycle cost calculations AFCEE is working out a process where Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) will be posted on a password protected SharePoint site so that contractors may reference previously submitted PPQ, rather than submitting new PPQ for every PBR PBR Contractors will be provided the Programming Documents for the life of the PBR PBR Contractors will be provided the Life Cycle Cost ROM (disclaimer that data may not be accurate) PBR Contractors will be provided the Current Estimated Date for Site Closeout
