We are one of England’s largest housing associations with over 37,000 homes. • We: • work in 59 local authority areas • provide homes for more than 86,000 people • employ more than 1,000 people who are based in the following regions: Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Dorset, Devon and the West of England.

Making it real- the impact! • Councils recommendation and agreed by board resulting in a 3.7% rent increased capped at £6.00 for 2014 • The work of the Regional Panels in the voids scrutiny has led to an additional £1.3 million being spent on all homes being fitted with a shower • Increase of £1 million in Warmer Homes budget
