Projects & Accomplishments Cust0mer First • Developed a metrics roll up to provide visibility to strategic supplier performance at the site level • Created a validation process for this roll up using strategic External Manufacturing site metrics • Worked with America’s metrics team to refine metrics across all consumer companies; specifically quality metric for OTC • Improve Self Reported Supplier Metrics • -OTIF • Validate • Site Perspective • Support recovery of McNeil business
Projects & Accomplishments Value Creation • Designed flowchart analysis of supply chains for cap suppliers • Using flowchart; identified strategic resin suppliers and used that information to make cost effective recommendations to suppliers around resin sourcing • Used flowchart to cut the tale of suppliers and consolidate to a more strategic approach • Benchmark/format for all components BCP Project for Consumer business cap suppliers Mitigate resin inflation Consolidate business to strategic suppliers

Projects & Accomplishments Quality & Compliance Excellence • On March 10, 2011 McNeil Consumer Healthcare entered into a Consent Decree w/ the FDA • Understanding what this means for our suppliers • Refined CoC/CoA practices to include explicit manufacturing site for each batch across all of J&J consumer business Daily operations in a Consent Decree environment CoC/CoA initiative across consumer business for R6 integration

Future Plans • Back to Temple August 29th • Finance curriculum • Derivatives • Investments • Risk Diversification • Added a supply chain class next semester • Graduating May 2012 with BA • Hopefully J&J is in my future! • New found interest in sourcing & supply chain
