  3. PLASTIC CARD METHOD This is the most common method used to unlock a door without a keyhole. Find a rigid plastic card and slide it between the door and the door jamb. Gently wiggle the plastic card around the gap until it's level with the strike plate. Press the latch and continue pushing in the card to depress the latch and then push the door open.

  4. PINHOLE BYPASS The purpose of the pinhole is to allow water to drain out of the lock and to insert lubrication, it can come in handy in the event of a lockout. You can use a standard paper clip to manipulate the actuator through the pinhole.

  5. UNDER THE DOORWAY This technique only applies to door handles that unlock from the inside. You'll need to shape a long piece of metal in a way that it has two bends and a hooked end that reaches the handle.
