Our Partnership– Coordinated through the Arc of Rensselaer County: In partnership we serve approximately 300 students: • Enlarged City School District of Troy • Lansingburgh School district • Cohoes School District • Rensselaer County One Stop • Hudson Valley Community College • Bryant and Stratton College

Arc of Rensselaer County Student Transportation Liability Insurance Community Based Staffing Flexibility Grants OPWDD Linkage Benefits Counseling Additional Resources School Districts Identify Students and their needs Share resources (buses, speakers) Grants (PROMISE Grant, Curriculum) Linkage to ACCES – VR, OPWDD) Career Fair Partners
