  2. Obama warns of 'fallout' for Israel if peace effort fails Obama to Israel—Time Is Running Out Mar 2, 2014 2:00 PM ET By Jeffrey Goldberg When Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visits the White House tomorrow, President Barack Obama will tell him that his country could face a bleak future—one of international isolation and demographic disaster—if he refuses to endorse a U.S.-drafted framework agreement for peace with the Palestinians. Obama will warn Netanyahu that time is running out for Israel as a Jewish-majority democracy. And the president will make the case that Netanyahu, alone among Israelis, has the strength and political credibility to lead his people away from the precipice.

  3. Team Obama wins fight to have Christian home-school family deported By Todd Starnes Todd's American Dispatch Published March 03, 2014 “I think this is a part of the Obama administration’s overall campaign to crush religious freedom in this country,” said Michael Farris, chairman of the Home School Legal Defense Association. His organization is representing the family. “The Obama administration’s attitude toward religious freedom, particularly religious freedom for Christians is shocking,” he told me in an exclusive telephone interview. “I have little doubt that if this family had been of some other faith that the decision would have never been appealed in the first place. They would have let this family stay.” Had the family stayed in Germany, where homeschooling is illegal, they would have faced the prospect of losing their children. Like the Pilgrims, they fled their homeland yearning for a place where they could be free. Farris said the religious bias perpetrated by the Obama administration is “palpable.” “It’s a denial of the essence of America,” he said. “The Pilgrims left England to go to Holland to seek religious freedom. They came here to seek religious freedom and parental rights for their children. Had this administration been waiting at Plymouth Rock, they would’ve told the Pilgrims to go back home.”

  5. “In this postmodern age, honest, open critique has become very difficult to accomplish without offending. This is because any disagreement is instinctively viewed as a personal attack. Because the postmodern mindset is uncomfortable with certainty and absolutes, people are less likely to draw lines of distinction out of fear that they might offend. It is much easier to draw circles of inclusion rather than articulate points of disagreement.” pg. 1 “I am concerned with what I perceive to be an increasing degree of doctrinal compromise within the current leadership of free grace institutions. This problem is not unique to the free grace camp. It seems few theological arenas are willing to draw lines of distinction these days. We live in a 'welcome and embrace' culture rather than a 'note and avoid' one, reflecting the seemingly inescapable influence of postmodernism.” pg. 5 “Why I Am No Longer 'Free Grace'”; J. B. HixonGrace Family Journal, Vol. 15, No. 72 Winter; Theological Issues
