Tameka Wilson • Your Mission - Should You Choose to Accept It – Reach for the Stars! • Keynote Address – Opening General Session • International President, Tameka Wilson • was inducted into the Gamma Lambda Chapter at Hinds Community College, Raymond Campus, in Mississippi. She served as a chapter officer before being elected International President at the 2011 Annual Convention in Seattle • is the Student Representative on the Phi Theta Kappa Board of Directors • veteran of the United States Air Force veteran, Wilson served a tour of duty in Afghanistan and received an Airman of the Quarter Award. She is the first woman military veteran to be elected Phi Theta Kappa's International President • business administration major, Wilson has received ACT and Hinds Community College scholarships. She is a member of the college Honors Program, serves as a tutor, and was chosen as spokesperson for Mississippi's 15 public community colleges at a news conference and rally on higher education. Wilson plans to attend law school

ROD RISLEY • Keynote Address • Executive Director of Phi Theta Kappa • creation and development of CollegeFish.org, Phi Theta Kappa's transfer planning and completion platform, recently awarded a $3 million grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation • one of six signers of Democracy's Colleges Call to Action, resulting in a national effort to double the number of community college credentials by 2020. In the past two years Dr. Risley has traveled extensively, speaking in numerous states and internationally to advance the cause of college completion • member of the 21st Century Commission on the Future of Community Colleges, was named a Distinguished Alumnus by the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC), and also received AACC's prestigious Leadership Award • Community College Completion Corps, the student-led initiative created by Phi Theta Kappa • During his tenure as Executive Director, the Phi Theta Kappa Leadership Development Studies course was introduced; the All-USA Community College Academic Team was established; and associate-degree and transfer scholarships valued at some $79 million were developed.
