  2. Changes in WUE • 2 years to phase out counting WUE in Resident FTES • Need to increase Resident FTES to compensate • Regional Recruiters in Bay Area and Los Angeles will increase time spent at each high school and community college

Spring Admissions in general, Spring 2013 in particular • Spring Admissions is historically difficult to predict or rely upon for enrollment. • November ballot initiatives, mid-year cuts to CSU • Difficult for students from out of the area to transition to HSU in January (Housing, jobs, etc) • Spring 2013 – Prop 30, changes in WUE, need to keep Housing at capacity, no FYE
