Information / Instruction / Messages • You have formulated your goal and your objectives • You have identified the target groups that are relevant for achieving an objective • You have now to find out and define what you want from the target group. How do they need to behave in order to contribute to achieve the objective? • What does the target group need to know and to understand so that they are able to contribute to the objective? • What do you think – how can you best MOTIVATE them so that they are WILLING to contribute to the objective, to change their behaviour /attitude?
