This study conducted in a high school in Romania in 2010/2011 explores students' perceptions of conflicts in schools and strategies to address them. The research delves into the root causes of conflicts, frequency of different types of conflicts experienced, and effectiveness of various methods to manage student behavior. It also examines students' attitudes towards school authorities and their willingness to seek help. The findings provide valuable insights for implementing conflict resolution and peacebuilding initiatives in schools.
