What is required of you for the next 12 Weeks? • Find your DESIRE and keep it in check! • Work through the 30 Day Health and Body Blitz • Start sharing your journey on ‘Our Fitlife Journey’ Facebook group and Instagram (Use instagram where required) Use the tags #12weekfitlifejourney #liveafitlife #liveafunlife • ASK QUESTIONS where needed on ‘Our Filife Journey’ facebook page • Attend Weekly Webinars • Complete weekly tasks given at the end of each webinar

WEEK ONE: 1st Sept – 7th Sept 2013 • Share your 12WFJ goals and post on to ‘Our Fitlife Journey’ Facebook Group including a picture illustrating your goals (you can use instagram/instaframe) Make sure you hash tag (#12weekfitlifejourney #liveafitlife #liveafunlife) where possible. • That post is the start of your 12WFJ thread. Each day share your experiences/lessons/highlights on your journey using that thread… • Read and support other Fitlifers posts. Their experiences can help you just as much as yours will help them  • Familiarize yourself with the exercise and workout videos. There will be more added each week. • Continue on with YOUR 30 Day Health and Body Blitz

  8. Get in amongst it! Don’t be afraid to fail. You have the SUPPORT!

  10. Try something new and meet new people while your at it 

  11. Stay focused! One foot in front of the other is a great place to start moving forward..
