PRE-ELECTION • LOAD ELECTION FILES • CHANGE ELECTION (PG. 11 OF MANUAL)- the first time it will ask you to create the data files, say yes and use pg. 12 of manual (next step) • CREATE RESULTS DATABASE (FORM GROUPS) (PG 12 OF MANUAL)-verify by going to misc. menu- add/change groups • VERIFY THAT YOUR STATE IS CORRECT (MISC. MENU-CHANGE CONTROL FILE) • PRINT ZERO REPORTS (PG 38 OF MANUAL) • FORMAT YOUR REPORTS (PG 27-37 OF MANUAL) • LOAD RESULTS (AFTER TESTING MACHINES) (PEB’s PG 46; M100 pg. 44 OF DAM/ERM CHECKLIST) 650 checklist in slideshow • PRINT REPORTS AND VERIFY CORRECT RESULTS • ZERO OUT PRECINCTS (PG 18 of Manual) • CLEAR OUT PEB DATA (TABULATOR MENU- Ivotronic DRE) (If you are using flash cards to update early voting (Pg. 58-59 of manual, clear out audit data), CLEAR CODED BALLOT FILE IF YOU CREATED ONE • DELETE REPORTS IN FILE UTILITY (MISCELLANEOUS MENU) • GET DISPLAY READY (PG 21 OF MANUAL) UPDATE REGISTERED VOTER TOTALS (PG 51 OF MANUAL)

GO TO UPDATE MENU RUN 650 RESULTS UPDATE PROGRAM UPDATE GROUP WITH 650 RESULTS SELECT GROUP CHECK ELECTION NAME, SELECT OK SELECT ADVANCED OPTIONS REPLACE MODE CLICK OK TYPE IN THE DRIVE THE ZIP DISK IS CONNECTED TO, CLICK OK M100 pg. 44 of DAM/ERM CHECKLIST DISABLE OMNI DRIVE BEFORE YOU UPDATE: RIGHT CLICK ON START MENU, SELECT EXPLORE RIGHT CLICK ON MY COMPUTER SELECT PROPERTIES CLICK ON HARDWARE TAB SELECT DEVICE MANAGER DOUBLE CLICK ON DISK DRIVES RIGHT CLICK ON CSM OMNI DRIVE SELECT DISABLE CHECK FOR RED X 650 CHECKLIST / M100
