How to setup Moderators & Head Moderators user account This training section is designed for the Registrars to demonstrate :
To access CTENR application: The user will open internet browser e.g. Internet Explorer Enter this URL https://ctenr.pcctg.com Enter their Username Enter their Password Click on “Login” button to access
Login Screen: This screen is designed for the users to login to the application
Dashboard Upon successful login, the user will be brought to this screen

How to add Moderators • Process flow to add the moderators: • The Registrar would click on “Maintenance” tab to expand the menu • Then click on “Maintain Moderator Users” to add/update Moderator(s) • System will navigate the Registrar to the “Maintain Moderator” screen

Moderator’s Return… Certificate for Closing of the Polls Process flowto certify polls closing procedure: This screen is designed for the Moderators to certify the Polls Closing procedures Enter Seal number (Optional) Enter tabulator processed absentee ballot count (Optional) Enter number on the Public counter (Optional) Enter Ballot transfer case and tabulator carrying case seal numbers (Optional)

Moderator’s Return… Official Checker’s Certificate • Process flowfor Official Checker’s Certificate: • This screen is designed for the Moderators to enter the Absentee, Overseas, and in Person votes count • Enter total names on the official and supplemental list • Enter total votes on the official checklist as voted absentee or “0” • Enter total votes on supplemental list as having voted by Overseas Ballot or “0” • Enter total votes as voted in person (Optional) • Enter Registrars and checkers information • Click on the “Proceed to Tally Sheet” button to continue

How to submit a Head Moderator’s return This part of the training demo is designed for the Head Moderators to demonstrate :

Head Moderator’s Return…Official Checker’s Certificate • Head Moderator’s return process flow: • This screen is designed for the Head Moderators to review and certify the Official Checker’s Certificate • First the Head Moderator would review the vote count • Enter the Registrars and Checkers information • Then click on the “Proceed to certificate of Absentee Ballot Counts” to continue
Head Moderator’s Return…Absentee Ballot Report • Head Moderator’s return process flow: • This screen is designed for the Head Moderators to review and certify the Report of Absentee Ballots • They would review and click on the “Proceed to Certification” button to submit the return

Head Moderator’s Return…Confirmation page • Confirmation screen: • Optionally, they can click on the “Print Head Moderator’s Return” button to view and print the return • The system has the ability to upload the scanned image of the original Head Moderator’s return to the SOTS’ Office electronically • This eliminates faxing the return to the SOTS in the future • When they are ready, they can click on the “Done” button to return to the Dashboard
