240 Participated in Survey • Of the 597 people experiencing homelessness only 240 elected to participate in the survey. • Consistent with prior years practice, no children under the age of 18 participated in the survey
Majority homeless 1-2 years – a trend toward longer time homeless
Homeless Comments • Without housing, stress multiplies on itself.. • Sad that jobs are so scarce where you can’t find a job. • We can be responsible and accountable if things are affordable and livable.
Methodology • The procedures used to collect information for this Point in Time Survey were consistent with those used in prior surveys • Homeless clients were interviewed by agency staff, the Homeless Assistance Team and other volunteers • 100% of Shelters elected to participate in this survey
