Proposal • More scholarships • Variety of work and volunteer opportunities on and off campus • No tuition. Room and board are acceptable, don’t exceed $5,000 per semester • Colleges providing textbooks for classes, pay security deposit and return books at the end of the semester, receive that money back as long as the book was returned in an acceptable condition. • The cost of the security deposit would be far less than the cost to rent or buy the textbook.
