INRODUCTION :- 1 =>BILIRUBIN:- Bilirubin is the yellow breakdown product of normal haem catabolism. Haem is found in haemoglobin,a principle component of red blood cell .Bilirubin is excreted in bile ,and its levels are elevated in certain diseases . Its responsible of yellow color of bruises and yellow discoloration in jaundice.
2 =>CRP:- CRP ,known as C-Reactive Protein .CRP is a protein in normal serum which increase significantly after most of tissue injuries ,bacterial and viral infection ,inflammation .The CRP test is general test to check the inflammation in the body.
PROCEDURE:- 1.Bilirubin test:- Regent required:- A. Sulfanilic acid solution B. Sodium nitrate solution C. Accelerator D. Fehling solution 2.CRP test:- Regents required:- A. CRP latex B.CRP positive control C.CRP negative control
RESULTS 1.BILIRUBIN
CONCLUSION:- When bilirubin levels are high ,the skin and whites of eyes may appear Yellow (jaundice).Jaundice may be caused by liver diseases (hepatitis),blood disorders Or blockage of tube .too much bilirubin in a newborn baby can cause brain damaged Hearing loss problem with muscles that move the eye and even death. a high or increasing amount of CRP in our blood means that we have an Acute infection or inflammation.
