Matching Grants District Simplified Grants Humanitarian Grants
Support Rotary clubs and districts in carrying out humanitarian projects around the world Matching Grants
Matching Grant Funding • Minimum award: US$5,000 • Maximum award: $200,000 • $1 match from World Fund for $1 of DDF • $0.50 match for $1 cash contribution
Matching Grant Foundation award $5,000 to $25,000 Competitive Matching Grant Foundation award $25,001 to $200,000 Matching Grant Types

Matching Grant Reporting • Progress reports every 12 months • Final report within 2 months of completion • Highlight successes and use of funds
Support service and humanitarian projects locally or internationally District Simplified Grants

District Simplified Grant Requirements • Purchase services or goods that - Support humanitarian and service activities- Benefit a community in need • Actively involve Rotarians • Respect wishes of receiving community • Adhere to terms and conditions
District Simplified GrantReporting For each project, clubs submit a one-page report to the district including: • Detailed project description • Description of Rotarian involvement • List of expenditures • Rotarian signature from sponsoring club
End of Humanitarian Grants Programs The Matching Grants and District Simplified Grants programs will end as of 1 July 2013 when the Future Vision model is launched worldwide.
