Adoption of Annual Accounts Resolution 1 The members of the Movex User Association, hereby accept and adopt the Annual Accounts for the year 2006/7, as produced by our Accountants, McGregors Corporate, Mansfield on 7th September 2007, at the annual general meeting of the company held on 18th September 2007. Resolution No 1 - 26 for; 0 against Hence the resolution is carried.

  19. Amendment to MUA Constitution Resolution 2 The members of the Movex User Association, hereby elect in the of committee members, as specified in section 5.5 of the MUA Constitution, at the annual general meeting of the company held on 18th September 2007. Resolution No 2 - 26 for; 0 against Hence the resolution is carried. Ray Adamson, Richard Davison, Richard Dobney, Jeff Legg, Bernard Mullany, Patrick Verlee, Rick Filipowski are elected on to the MUA Committee.
