AGUA POTABLE : VIDA Y LUCHA (2002 – 2006) • Pero el Proyecto se trunca porque figurábamos en el SNIP. • Todo el 2005 luchamos por salir del SNIP, hicimos marchas en La Huaca y Piura; incluso formamos una comisión para ver el tema con el Ministro de Vivienda y Construcción. • 22/12/2005, nos dan la noticia de que salíamos del SNIP para poder trabajar con PRONASAR y tener agua, por fin! • - Abril 2007 inician obras en las 04 localidades. • 05 localidades se unieron para tener agua. • Nos ofrecían agua en todas las campañas políticas y nunca se cumplían. • 2001-2003 llega Foncodes y conformamos los núcleos ejecutores para el proyecto de agua. Pero desaparecieron hasta que en el 2004 llega PRONASAR y forma las JASS.

Principales estrategias • Alianza con la Unidad Técnica de Saneamiento Básico Ambiental –UTESABA-, sector salud y educación. • Apoyo por el Operador Técnico Social. • Informar a las Juntas Administradoras de Servicios y Saneamiento JASS y a los usuarios. • Sensibilización en educación sanitaria • Fomento de la cultura del pago, reduciendo la morosidad.

  8. Aspiramos a.. • La puntualidad del usuario sea al 100%. • Más usuarios participen en el futuro como miembros de la JASS • Elaborar nuestros Proyectos (autogestión) • Ser una JASS con visión empresarial.
