IEMgr (tp) • Support business processes • Report to process or function manager • Able to suggest systems improvements, maybe even new technology applications • Role is supportive and operational
IEMgr (tP) • The function managers or process owners • Capable of identifying technology applications to improve function/process • Implement technology applications through IEMgr (TP)
