International Dishes Chinese Steamed Egg • Procedure • Crack 2 or 3 eggs into a bowl • Add water (100 gr/egg), salt and chicken essence • Stir it thoroughly till equally mixed • Place the bowl in the middle of the pan • (stands stably) • Pour some water into the pan • (not submerge the bowl) • Cover the pan with the lid • Heat the pan 3 minutes after the water boiling • Uncover the pan • Add some teeny scallion chops and a little soy sauce on the surface • Heat for 1 more minute • Take the bowl out(high temperature) Ingredients • Eggs • Salt • Chicken essence • Scallion • Soy sauce Enjoy! Italian Pennette Al Salmone • Procedure • Put the pasta in a pot with boiling salted water • Heat a large frying pan and add the smoked salmon, oil and a little bit of salt • Remove the pan from heat and put the vodka (be careful of the flame) • Add cream and 2 spoons of water • Put the pan on the heat for 2 minutes then turn off the heat • Dry the pasta then add it to the pan with the sauce • Drizzle with olive oil • Sauté for a couple of minutes • Transfer the pennette to a serving dish with some parsley on the top Ingredients • Pennette • Smoked salmon • 1 small glass of vodka • Fresh cream • Parsley • Extra virgin olive oil • Salt (10) Enjoy!
Indian Vegetable Sambhar • Procedure • Chop the beans and boil them with 1-2 cups of water (2 whistles) • Wash red gram and boil it (2 whistles) • In a large sauce pan heat oil and add the cumin seeds, mustard seeds and onion and fry them for 2 minutes. • Add the boiled beans, red gram, turmeric powder, sambhar/chilly powder and stir it constantly for 2-3 minutes. • Mix well and add 1-2 cups of water and let it boil for 2-3 minutes. • Add salt and coriander leaves and serve it with rice. Ingredients • Rice • Beans • Oil • Onion • Salt • Turmeric powder • Cumin seeds • Mustard seeds • Coriander leaves • Red gram / Pigeon pea • Sambhar / Chilly powder (11) Enjoy!
