SPFPA™ stands up and advocates for the rights and interests of security professionals across the country, ensuring those who keep our communities safe have the protection and representation they deserve.When new members join the International Union, Security, Police and Fire Professionals of America (SPFPA™), they become part of the largest, oldest and best security unions in the U.S. and around the world.

  3. How Does the Security Union Work?SPFPA™ Local Charters are democratic—and are run by and for the members within each Charter. Local officers and representatives from every shift are elected by members working throughout the entire facility.
