  2. Training Session The training session consists of three parts Information 1. Application of Training Warm Up Preparation for exercise, low intensity, aerobic, stretching, higher intensity. Specific to activity Main Activity Follow on from warm up, can be either skill, game or fitness training Cool Down Reverse of Warm Up, aids recovery, removes waste products

  3. Training Cycle The training cycle is also known as PERIODISATION The training Cycle consists of three parts Information 2. Therefore the programme will change in intensity and activity PRE - SEASON Specific fitness for activity or sport.
