  2. I plugged in the Thermode, but the software does not allow to run the program I chose

  3. There are two thermodes built in the SW, Q-sense (regular) and Q-Sense FMRI (with blower on). Each thermode has its own test parameters, therefore, each thermode type needs to have its own protocol. when creating a protocol, please make sure to choose the relevant thermode at the “probe type” section. 

  4. How can I update my Medoc Main Station license?

MMS license Go to the path/location on your hard drive – C:\Program Files (x86)\Medoc\Medoc Main Station// Note the file attached to the email you received, named – atslicense.lic - There is a file by this name already on your PC (as in the above screen print). The instructions which follow will guide you to copy the attached new file to the above location on your PC, replacing the atslicense.lic (by the same name) that is already there. To do so, proceed below:

  6. copy the file attached from the email - to the above location. When doing so, you will be prompted to say if you want to replace the existing file – and the answer is “yes”. • If you aren’t sure about how to copy the attached file, simply put your cursor on the attached file and do a right click, then choose COPY and go to the above location, put your cursor in a clean space. do a right click and choose PASTE. • Your MMS liscence is now updated !
