CHINDRAEX: SEA NETTLES • DEFINITON: An animal with that can sting it prey or predators • BODY SYSTEM: Food enters through mouth, then waste leaves through mouth. • REPRODUCTOIN: Releases sperm and eggs into water • FOOD: They sting their prey next pull prey towards mouth. • HABITAT: All cnindra’s live in water most live in seawater. • PROBLEMS: Some problems are oil, gas and waste. • FUNFACTS: Has no digestive system. Mollusk Ex: Slug • DEFINITON: An animal with a soft body and no bones. • BODY SYSTEM: Well developed nervous system lets them react quickly. REPRODCTOIN: Release sperm and eggs into water were they fertilize. • FOOD: Eats floating particles. • HABITAT: Lives in water and land. • PROBLEMS: Some problems are snails and waste. • FUNFACTS: Claps shells together to move in water. ROUNDWORMS ex: tape worms • DEFINITON:An animal with a round tube-like body. • BODY SYSTEM:Has a simple nervous system and a few sense organs. • REPRODCTOIN: Lays eggs in host liver. • FOOD: Food comes through hole then leaves out other hole. • HABITAT: Lives in soil, and liver of sheep. • PROBLEMS:Some predators are small fish and insects. • FUNFACTS: Around 650 million people have disease from round worms PF
SEGMENTED WORMS Ex: earth worms • DEFINITON: An animal such as a earthworm who’s body is made up of connected sections • BODY SYSTEM: The brain is connected to the main nerve that goes to throughout the body. • REPRODCTOIN: Lays eggs and produce a slimy covering that forms a cocoon for the eggs. • FOOD: They eat plants, waste, and food enters through mouth. • HABITAT: They live in dirt/soil • PROBLEMS: there predators are birds, and fish. • FUNFACTS: Carbon dioxide comes out of skin. Snails JR Definition: soft mollusks with a respiratory and circulatory system Body systems: circulatory, nervous, respiratory Reproduction: reproduce sexually by releasing eggs and sperm into the water. Food: clams. They drill through the shell to get food Habitat: the habitat is on land and water. Snails are semiaquatic Predators: humans because we eat the escargo. Other predators are other big mammals Fun facts: snails are expensive to buy. Snails spray foam to defend themselves and they hide in there shells. EXAMPLES: worms
