Goals/initiatives • Implement Alpha Scholastic Initiative – work with College Brother Leadership • 2014 Alpha Day at the Capital • 50% chapter participation for March of Dimes • Create position descriptions for district administration • 100% submission of all college chapter GPAs to General Headquarters
