5. imdp updates • Plan, Plan, Plan, and Plan • District Training Team has trained hundreds of Brothers in Illinois, Iowa and Missouri • Increase feedback to IMPD Team, www.imdp@apa1906.net • IMDP will be presented to the delegates at the General Convention in Austin…voted it up or vote it down • By the end of the pilot, all eligible chapters will have participated

District updates • Cease & Desist – Theta Omicron • C& D lifted – Zeta Nu & Eta Eta • Mu Mu - In discussion with Elmhurst College (Elmhurst has closed the charter) • Beta Eta released from social probation and is now a “Gold Star” organization on the campus of SIUC • 3 College Brothers attended the National Leadership Academy

Goals/initiatives • Alpha Day at the Capital – Spring 2013 • Prepare Legislative Agenda • Health Initiative – Smallest Chapter Competition • Chapter brothers weigh in at October Meetings and submit weights each month through January (Same Brothers) • The Chapter who lose the most weight – WINS as the smallest chapter • Consult your physician before starting any weight loss program

Goals/initiatives • Implement Alpha Scholastic Initiative • Introduce web based training (webinars) • Raise 22K for March of Dimes • Amend District Constitution (current version 2005) • Create position descriptions for district administration • Successful 2013 District Conference • Begin planning for 2014 Conference
