  9. Accommodation is finished to a high standard and all rooms are en-suite. • Most rooms sleep 3-6 children.

  10. MEAL TIMES

  11. Meals are freshly cooked, balanced and will give pupils plenty of energy to keep them going throughout the day.  • Hot and cold meals with vegetarian options • Homemade soup every day • Self-service salad bar • Fresh fruit with every meal • Allergies, intolerances and special diets catered for • Support for fussy eaters • See PGL website for sample menu

  12. Payment • A letter will be sent out with the exact cost of the trip once we have final pupil numbers and can calculate the coach cost per pupil. • A non-refundable deposit of £45 is required by Friday 14th December 2018 which will allow us to confirm numbers. • Instalment dates will be spread throughout the year and we will notify you of the exact dates and amounts of these instalments when we have finalised pupil numbers. • Please note that if cancellations are made after May 2019, any additional payments will unfortunately not be refundable.
