Full-time ministry, elders, deacons, leaders from this group. These men and women exerts tremendous influence for good. Not for everybody - John 17:15 I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.

Not cold, but not hot - Revelation 3:15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. Routine – this is the most dangerous disease of any congregation.
