  3. Select “internet explorer”

  4. Enter the URL: https://icams.usda.gov/

  5. Read the Warning and Click on “I agree to the above”

  6. Enter Your EmpowHR UserID and Password And Click on “EmpowHR Sign In”

  7. Supervisor clicks on “worklist”

  8. Select “Supervisor View Concurred Plan” from drop down box

  9. Supervisor clicks on the “blue link” on the same line with “supervisor views concurred plan”.

  10. Supervisor verifies that the plan has the concurrence of the Reviewer.

  11. Supervisor clicks on the “elements and standards” tab for review of the plan to be aware of any changes made to the plan by the reviewing official.

  12. Supervisor clicks on “view all” to review all the elements and measures that have the reviewing official’s concurrence. If no changes are made to the plan, there is no need to click SAVE The supervisor will need to inform the employee that he/she has completed the supervisor review and inform the employee to go ahead and access the plan to certify view/discussion. This Is necessary because the supervisor’s action here does not generate an email to the employee.
