ELECTRONIC CONTROLS • Incline Shutdown Control • The LSLISC Incline Shutdown control module from Lingona is 12/24VDC device designed to control the inclination in a 3 stage control/ warning system and an alert LED/Alarm indication with automatic shutdown feature for machine roll over. • The Incline Shutdown Module is designed to implement operator incline awareness and response measures for a safe, controlled working environment. • The Incline Shutdown Control kit includes- • LSLISC12 12VDC operating control module Kit. ( kit includes module, LED/ Bypass Switch, Alarm ) • LSLISC24 24VDC operating control module Kit. ( kit includes module, LED/ Bypass Switch, Alarm ) • Bypass switch/ indicator has a 12 or 24 volt switch option on purchase which includes either- • TKLISBS12VRD 12V bypass switch with RED LED timing indication. • TKISBS24VRD 24V bypass switch with RED LED timing indication. • TKPA1224 12/24VDC Piezo Audio Indicator/ Alarm. 3 Stage Inclination Warning/ Shutdown Stage 1-LED red indication Stage 2- LED and audible alarm warning ( a bypass switch for a bypass alarm for a 60 second period. Stage 3-Automatic control ignition output shutdown. When the machine inclines to a 90+ deg angle the machine will automatically shutdown the control ignition output signal. To apply power back to the machine after shutdown, the bypass switch needs to be pressed to bring ignition power back on or reset the ignition key switch or battery isolator. Installation Note- For first time installation, underneath the enclosure lid, set the correct desired angle setting using the Dipper switch and angle chart. When ignition is applied for the first time ensure the push button inside the enclosure is pushed to set the control ZERO ANGLE PLANE.
