Material & Methode • Zähne • 80 humane, einwurzelige Zähne ähnlicher Wurzelkonfiguration & Größe • Lagerung < 3 Monate (0,1 % Thymollösung) • WK-Behandlung & Stumpfaufbau • Abtrennen der Krone in Höhe der SZG • Aufbereitung mit Crowndown-Technik, Spülung (NaOCl, Ethanol), Trocknung • WK-Behandlung ohne Sealer mit Guttapercha-Points ISO 40 (laterale Kondensation) >3,8 × 4,1 mm >12,6 mm >2,1 mm

Material & Methode • Thermowechselbelastung • Zyklen: 4.000 • Temperatur: 5-55°C • Haltezeit: 100 s • Mechanobelastung • Befestigung der Zähne im PMMA Block mit Parodontalspalt: 350 µm (± 50 µm) • Angulation 135° • Antagonist: Höcker humaner Zähne • 90 N, 40 mm/s, f: 1,8 Hz • 6 × 250.000 Zyklen (1,5 mio Zyklen)
