Hammond Middle School through a partnership of students, families, staff, and community will ensure that every student has the skills to build a strong social and academic foundation in order to transition into a successful, responsible member of society.

  4. Fch vision statement Francis C. Hammond Middle School will be a model instructional environment for diverse adolescent learners. We will develop a nurturing learning culture that allows students to master the knowledge and skills needed to prepare them for success in high school and a variety of post-secondary and career opportunities.

  7. Title I • Title I funding is allocated to schools based on the percentage of student receiving free/reduced lunch. • Our Free and Reduced Lunch Rate is 82.1% for the 2019-2020 school year. • Five of our feeder elementary schools are also Title 1 Schools - (JA, Ramsey, Day, Polk, PH)
