  3. Palm Coast Coordinator 4.2 Confer with City Manager on any change 4.3 In event of vacancy, jointly select and interview 3 candidates 4.4 Notification by City to Sheriff of any performance issues

  4. Cost of Services / Term 8.1 Oct. 1, 2013 – Sept. 30, 2014 $2,599,691 8.2Oct. 1, 2014 – Sept. 30, 2015 $2,623,433 8.3 Subsequent Fiscal Years - Actual cost of officers - Increase not-to-exceed 3% without mutual agreement 13 Applied retroactively and expires Jan. 31, 2017
