SCS Recruitment • CS Resourcing has been commissioned by the HR Board to work up a proposition to support SCS Recruitment across Departments. • Options are being developed by April and it is envisaged the new service could be up and running by the end of the year. • Centrally led and managed, will integrate and leverage the resources currently servicing the Big 5 departments. • Strategic drivers: • deliver high quality candidates • expert process for stakeholders including Civil Service Commissioners • embed talent and leadership strategy • coherent approach to the market for Departments and Professions
