  3. Worksite follow-up • Source re-installation • Relocation of the gaz pipe not sufficient to install the back cover. • Relocation of the complete gaz panel needed for the end of the year. 2 weeks without gaz for the experiments. • Date to be defined Erwan Harrouch EN-MEF

  4. Worksite follow-up • CV works : • Pipes on the shielding have been re-routed • The cooling pipes inside AD has been modified to remove the valve • The water will be back around 16h00 Erwan Harrouch EN-MEF

Worksite follow-up • Cabling activities on standby until next week • Work foreseen during the YETS for cabling activities : • Pulling of the kickers cable : Done • Cable tray installation next to LNI : Done • Cable tray installation from the power room to ELENA : Start in January • Request for 200 additional control cables will be pulled in February (At the same time of the DC cable campaign) – Last call to send your “demande d’ installation de câble” Erwan Harrouch EN-MEF

Worksite follow-up Beginning of IT Worksite (2weeks) • Pulling of cables (~200) in between the ground level of the racks and the new platform • Few cables to be pulled around ELENA • Relocation of their equipment on Tuesday morning – False floor should stay closed at the ground level of the racks (Between the two first rows) Erwan Harrouch EN-MEF

  8. Worksite follow-up • LNI Installation – Preparation works : • Modification of the cooling pipes on the shielding (F. Moro) • Delivery of the steel blocks for the wall (F. Bais) • Removal of the cable on the wall (P. Burdelski) • Relocation of the purge valve (F. Moro) (If confirmed) • General cleaning of the area (E. Harrouch) • Dismantling of the barriers (A.
