Data collection • 2 page pre- and post- installation survey • Identify impact (CO2)/ behaviour change
Tenements Act (Scotland 2004) majority of owners can decide repairs and maintenance actions an owner can apply to sheriff’s court to annul decision Sheriff decides whether improvements/ alterations unfairly prejudice any owners/ or in their “best interests” Tenement title deeds prevail Recalcitrant owners “No one feels happy pushing through an improvement against opposition”
