AMC GUIDELINE : REF PRODUCT AMC NOT TO BE TAKEN : • No AMC is to be taken for the model which have OLD NOMENCLATURE, Example :S180,D275 etc……… • No AMC to be taken for model Example :V50WFT,V58WFT,V61WFT etc…… • No AMC to be taken for SBS REF having extension part “FSC” Example REF VPP60ZPS-FSC, till next guideline / instruction. • Ensure the set serial no. of product should be 18 digit as it is further linked with eligibility of AMC, Not to be taken where the set s.no. is less than 18 Digit. AMC TO BE TAKEN : • Model name should have NEW NOMENCLATURE, TTL no. of digit will be 15,16 & 17 Example 15 digit : REF VAP204MP-RDT Example 16 digit : REF VAP204SMP-RDA Example 17 digit : REF VAS205STVG-FDA • Last but not the least, in case if all the requirement meets & still the model is not reflecting in AMC (Although very Rare case) pls provide the model name & set s.no. picture.
