Butler Media Center • BMC began to transfer collections to ReCAP in July 2007 • Collections include multiple formats: DVD, VHS, laserdisc and others • CLIO location off,bmc is assigned to all BMC collections at ReCAP • BMC collections are assigned customer code CV at ReCAP ReCAP Columbia University

  3. Accessions • 8,774 items have been accessioned since July 2007 • Few items were accessioned in FY11 • The following chart visualizes the volume of accessions by fiscal year ReCAP Columbia University

  5. Requests • 1,914 requests have been placed for BMC collections • CLIO location off,bmc is assigned to all BMC collections at RECAP • BMC collections at ReCAP may only be delivered to the Milstein Reserves desk • Retrieval rate for BMC collections is 9.60% ReCAP Columbia University
