4. DEPENDENT WAIVER- eligibility • Faculty : 90 days • PEC, PENC & SNE: 6 months Unlimited amount of credits

5. TUITION WAIVER -procedures Obtain tuition waiver forms from the Human Resources online forms link • Employee: • Fill out form • Requires supervisor signature • Dependent: • Employee signature • Dependent information Submit your completed forms to your Financial Aid office at your campus location

8. REIMBURSEMENT-eligibility • All courses taken must be completed at a Regionally accredited college/university • Classes offered at MDC are not eligible for reimbursement.

9. REIMBURSEMENT - eligibility Faculty : • Maximum eight (8) credits per Semester • (Fall, Spring, Summer A & B) • $227.10 / per credit • Reimbursed at FL state rate (FIU or FAU)

14. FIU Tuition Scholarship Program Available for Faculty & Professional Exempt Contractual Eligibility: • Pursuing Ph. D and Ed. D degrees at FIU • Degree must be in a field related to the individual’s professional development • Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or above The program provides a tuition reduction from $170.63 to $100 per credit.
