Part 1: Warm-Up • Thank people in group for coming • Remind them about the reason for talking • Set the ground rules for how to respect each other in the group • Check that it is okay to record (but we are not recording today) • Do something fun to get people to start talking

Part 2:Talking • Start with big questions • Then ask for details • Start with general questions • Then ask more personal questions • Listen carefully and ask if the person says something you don’t understand.
Part 3: Wrap Up • Ask people in group if they have any questions • Thank everyone for taking the time to talk to us • Tell them we will send them a short paper about our talk by email if they want. • Say goodbye
