CATS Web-Based Student Data Submission CATS Web-based file submission: • Provides feedback on data/file quality and characteristics at the time of submission. • Fewer phone calls • E-mail feedback from PDE • Adds local control of and accountability for data. • Is password protected via e-PDE Web Portal.
