World AIDS Day Meet at the rock on Farm Lane To spread awareness of the AIDS epidemic occurring both in the US and around the world World AIDS Day is December 1st Need volunteers for November 30th at 6:30pm to help tie red ribbons on trees on campus
Operation Good Cheer Each year we participate to donate presents to children in need. In 2009 we served... More than 4,326 recipients statewide (infants, children, teenagers, and adults with disabilities) affiliated with 41 agencies (private, nonprofit social service agencies & foster care, residential treatment, and group homes), through volunteer efforts of 300 donors ( groups, organizations, and individuals), 19 transport companies, 17 airports state-wide, over 180 flights, and more than 300 volunteers at the departure airport on December 4th and 5th Join the committee to be more involved! Updates • T-Shirt Orders • We are getting t-shirts from underground printing and ordering them this week. They are $10 and you need to pay when you sign up. • Budget • Kate will be posting our budget online bi-annually to show where our chapter funds are being spent. The majority goes toward Community Service
