  7. Product Features • Dependable Enduro Airends! • V-belt drive with integral belt tensioning devices • All units will have an • IP 54 rated enclosure - dust protected and protection from splashing water • Pressures available - 100, 125, 150, 175 PSIG

  8. Product Features • TEFC motors are standard - a tropical motor with an IP 55 rating/Class F Insulation • Voltages - all models: 200 Volt, 230 Volt, 460 Volt and 575 Volt - all 3 phase • Also 230 Volt - 1 phase 5 and 7.5 HP RotorLub 4000

  11. Product Features • Base mounted will be standard with the moisture separator/trap shipped loose • Optional receivers available: • 80 gallon for the 5 - 10 HP • 120 gallon for the 15 and 20 HP • An Auto Receiver Condensate Drain is available Vertical Draft Coolers

  12. Product Features • Starters will be Direct Only - “full voltage-across the line” on the 5 - 20 HP models • No other starter options will be offered • An optional Auto Receiver Condensate Drain will be available

  13. Product Features • Microprocessor control panels with digital display as well as a pressure gauge • The compressor will be regulated as a start/load/no-load/timer off control

  14. Control Panel • On/Off, Alarm LED, Rotation LED, Power LED, Temperature LED, Hours LED • Will provide shutdown alarms and warnings • Will provide factory programmed maintenance advisory alerts on the LED display Off Button and E-Stop

Execution Process • Phase One: 5 through 20 HP • 10 through 20 HP are in stock and ready to ship • 5 and 7.5 HP shortly thereafter • Marketing materials are available • Planned overlap with current products • Over 200 units for the 10 - 20 HP group are available now! • Orders have been placed for the 5 and 7.5 HP units - due to arrive in September • MOST IMPORTANTLY - List prices are 5% - 10% below current levels

  20. Other Issues • Future product plans include an “Air System” that would include the air compressor, a refrigerated dryer and an air receiver • Configuration to be determined - horizontal tank mounted or base mounted with a vertical receiver • Product Overlap • There will be a well metered “phase out” process of existing products which will prevent product availability gaps
