  3. Why NicipPlus Tablet is Prescribed? NicipPlus Tablet Nicip Plus Tablet is prepared with the combination of Nimesulide, Paracetamol/Acetaminophen, hence the effect of Nicip Plus Tablet is a combination of properties of above composition.  Nimesulide is prescribed for This medication is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug prescribed for painful inflammatory conditions back pain dysmenorrhea postoperative pain osteoarthritis and fever. Paracetamol/Acetaminophen is prescribed for This medication is a non-opiate analgesic and antipyretic prescribed for headache pain (muscle ache backache) and fever either alone or combined with other medications. It changes the way the body senses pain and cools

  5. NicipPlus Tablet Dosage Below are the dosage information for NicipPlus Tablet - Dosage of Nimesulide The usual dose is 100mg twice a day. Children: 5mg/kg of body weight in 2 or 3 divided doses. Dosage of Paracetamol/Acetaminophen Adults: 0.5-1gm 3-6 times daily max 4gm. Children: 15mg/kg/dose or 60mg/kg/24hr divided every 6 hrs. Maximum 5 doses SOS.

NicipPlus Tablet Side-effects Below are Side-effects of NicipPlus Tablet : Side effects of Nimesulide Epigastric discomfort,  heartburn or abdominal cramps,  nausea,  vomiting and diarrhoea; skin rash,  pruritus,  oedema,  headache,  dizziness,  drowsiness; hypersensitivity reactions (e.g. bronchospasm,  rhinitis,  angioedema, urticaria). Side effects of Paracetamol/Acetaminophen Bronchospasm, blood dyscrasias, centribular necrosis, liver damage, hypoglycemic, coma, hepatic necrosis, liver failure, skin rashes, GI adverse effects.

  7. NicipPlus Tablet Use During Pregnancy Use of NicipPlus Tablet During Pregnancy: NicipPlus Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the fetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor. Pregnancy Safety Information of Nimesulide Category B:Animal reproduction studies have failed to demonstrate a risk to the fetus and there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women.
