Whyuse EDI integrations? • When the customer has an EDI integration, the followingadvantagesare: • Avoidqueues and waitingon the phone • Able to book 24 hours, 365 days a year • Don’t have to type the information twice • Onlywhenintegrateddirectly to CargoLink/DSV TMS: • Possibility to receive status messages back from DSV on a shipmentlevel (IFTSTA) • Possibility to receive a receiptwhen DSV has received the shipment (IFTMCS)

What integration options do we offer? • Standard DSV e-services integration possibilities: • - CSV/TXT • - XML • - Excel import function (See DSVDK extra all) • - IFTMIN S93A with Performance account • - PrintServer • How to find Memnon guidelines/test page: http://www.spedpoint.com/transnet/upload_testfiles.jsp • Standard CargoLink integration possibilities: • - IFTMIN S93A • - XML • - IFCSUM S93A • - (Multi account setup) • - FUTURE – Excel standard format • How to find EDI guidelines -> NETmoves -> GROUP -> Group IT • Both for options DSV and Memnon they are able to customize an integration.

COSTS / POSSIBLE INCOME • Integration costs: • - DSV vs. Memnon • - Running costs • - Integration on DSV e-services => Domain becomes advanced! • - PrintServer - If non standard integration, it will be quoted by DSV on a case-by-case basis • Costs for advanced features: • - If an advanced feature is activatedon a domain, all shipmentsbooked in this domain arecatagorized as ADVANCED SHIPMENTS. • Possibility to charge customer for advanced features: • - Swedenwillimplementthis to production in the December release.
