WORKING GROUP ON MONITORING Work Programme / Terms of Reference - Agreement on updates to Work Programme 2014 - First round of debate on proposed revisions to ToRs Central African Republic (CAR) [with WGS and WGDE] - CAR to further implement Work Plan and roadmap - Participants to provide CAR with Technical Assistance - Review Mission if security situation permits EU-JRC/USGS monitoring of diamond mining activities - Draft-AD on ensuring that diamonds produced in CAR are not introduced into the legitimate trade

WORKING GROUP ON MONITORING Peer Review System – Annual Reporting Exercise - Submission of Annual Reports 2013 by most Participants - Assessments of Reports to be completed by 31 July - Civil Society Coalition: Report on Activities 2013 Peer Review System – Review Visits/Missions - Final Reports:Russian Federation and Liberia (Work Plan) - Follow-up to Report recommendations: Canada, USA, Switzerland, Singapore, Vietnam, Cote d’Ivoire (Act. Plan) - Review Visits proposed for 2014/15: Chinaand Guinea, plus Armenia, Guyana, Togo, Australia, Cote d’Ivoire, plus Rep. of Congo, DRC, EU, Swaziland, Mexico

WORKING GROUP ON MONITORING West-Africa – Regional Approach - Presentation by Mano River Union countries of RA initiative, Regional Action Plan and national Action Plans - Presentation by Technical Team on support activities - Presentations from Implementing Partners (PRADD) - “Friends of Mano River Union” group established Internet Trading (Ebay) - Revival of Technical Expert Team on Internet Trading - Template for Participants to write to service providers
