Inside the Infant Brain. By Taylor Heard. What do babies really see?. In the baby’s first 3 months, they see mostly in black and white and only about 3ft away. From 3-6 months, they can see a little bit of color but only about 15ft 6-9 months, their sight is much like yours and mine.

  2. What do babies really see? In the baby’s first 3 months, they see mostly in black and white and only about 3ft away. From 3-6 months, they can see a little bit of color but only about 15ft 6-9 months, their sight is much like yours and mine.

  4. Can you hear me now?!? At first, a baby only recognizes his/hers mother’s voice by tuning out others. Then later on will they begin to pick up all the rest of the people they are around.
