Objectives • Registration of all the Assets of the Department • Tracking of Creation of asset and its subsequent maintenance. • Mapping the asset sites on Google Earth and Bhuvan. • Entire database of documents pertaining to the work including Estimates, Photos and Plans. • Regulation of Funds allocated against a work • Concurrent monitoring of all Assets on cloud.

  3. Key Features • Simple Query based interface • Query on Jurisdiction, Type of work, Year and Scheme. • Upload of Geo co-ordinates through excel and gpxformats • Generation of Unique Asset codes and QR codes. • Interpretation of all assets on Imageries.

  4. What is achieved? • Assets of the State from the year 2009 onwards are registered. • Over 22,000 assets are registered in the system. • Over 15000 photographs updated against works. • Over 13000 plantations are geotagged.
